So,another semester in the rearview mirror. I can't say I'm happy or sad for it to me done, cause i'm both. It was kind fo stressful at times and a few of my teachers could've taught a tad bit better, and in that sense I'm happy I don;'t gotta deal with it anymore. However, I had a lot of fun in these classes and I liked quite a few people in those classes--so I'm sad in that respect. I am happy for one other reason, I got all A's in my classes, and one B. ^_^
I hope that my classes next semester are as fun and good-but I dunno. These are the classes I'm taking next semester (three on thursday, and one on friday and monday): Fund. of Script. & Storyboarding, Advanced College Algebra/Trig., The First Amendment, Digital Post Effects, Literature & Film.
Hopefully they're fun, I think at least Digital Post effects will be. =D
So then,I haven't shared any work I've done this year. So.....here are the 5 poems I wrote this year in my creative writting class, and two videos I did.

The Disgruntled Postman
The sun rises to a new day
Right over the bay.
Bob wakes up and gets ready, full of resentment
For his job which pays the rent.
Every day he's on his route-
He has no time to play his flute.
His dream was shattered and broken
Although much of it he has not spoken.
Through rain or sleet or snow or hail
He must always deliver the mail.
At an office he doesn't stay,
This postman does this every day.
Every day he does the rounds,
Trying to avoid all of the hounds.
The days are long and tiring
And he is forever perspiring.
At the end of his day he goes home to rest.
Slips out of his uniform, and into his vest.
He plays with his kids and spouse,
He hopes through this his fire can be doused.
He dislikes his job, it stole his dream!
And he won't regain it, it does seem.
But he goes to sleep, and dreads the next day
when the sun rises over the bay.

High School
Fluorescent lights flow through this place,
A huge complex through which many of us pass.
The bathrooms are dirty with water everywhere,
And graffiti marks this place.
In rooms, all pay attention to a singular being,
The chalkboard covered with knowledge.
The desks reflect the faces that hover above, Struggling to stay awake and attentive.
Teens fill and move in the halls like clockwork,
Stopping to talk to friends-ignoring strangers.
At lunch students fill the cafeteria to the brim,
A cornucopia of different students all around.
On graduation you’ll either be joyous with hundreds
Or you’ll cry at the prospect of never returning.

A Look Around
That cat is blocking my view again!
I can’t see the small television at all
As yellow, furry cuteness blocks the screen.
I want to get mad, but can only go “aww.”
Outside in the darkness a lone white stripe
Stands out in the darkness, and nearby there
Lingers a smell much like that of rotten eggs.
My nose wants to die from the stripe’s stench.
Also in darkness stands a hero in blue and black.
Upper face concealed, lower face not,
He’s a friendly guy, with a smile and hug,
But he’s not a friend to street thugs.
A lone woman is speeding along in her vehicle,
Her yellow wheels propelled the green car forward.
The destination of the vehicle is unknown,
The purpose of her flight is the same.
In the distance is a volcano spitting out
Hotness and smoke black as night, both filling
Up the air around the place it calls home.
It illuminates and darkens at the same time.

A Sometimes Truth
A man who always had an easy life had a friend
Who had a rough one, and was always saying that
“Nothing worth having in this world comes easy.”
The man loved his friend but hated this saying,
But whenever something good happened he’d say,
“Nothing worth having in this world comes easy.”
He then goes on to work and is surprised
With a promotion, but his friend continues to say,
“Nothing worth having in this world comes easy.”
While trying to find a new car, the man finds a new
Car for only one thousand. His friends says again,
“Nothing worth having in this world comes easy.”
The man won the million-dollar lottery,
And when he goes home his friend says,
“Nothing worth having in this world comes easy.”
The man proposed coolly to his long-time girlfriend,
But she said no. His friend reiterates one last time,
“Nothing worth having in this world comes easy.”

Downtown
Outside of my window I can see below
Children walk around with their parents
In the downtown area, playing and talking
To others in the park and having fun.
They are all young and naïve to the world,
But their parents have grown out of that
In this city, you got to in order to be safe
Nowadays.
They all stick close,
So nobody gets separated or hurt.
There is fear in the air, another one was shot
Today in the downtown area. Just around
The corner from the park where the children
Play so carefree and happily.
An innocent bystander some say, a former
Member of a gang says others. No matter,
He is dead. His death only a speck of
What this city has seen recently.
Red and blue are at war with one another.
The blood of both the innocent and guilty
Spilling into one big puddle of dark red,
Without a reason.
As I walk out of the building, I look all around
Me carefully, cautious of my surroundings in
This time of turmoil in my own backyard.
I’m stopped by a crazy-looking guy who asks me for
change. I look at him very cautiously before telling him
I don’t have any. He seems to be able to sense
My fear and distrust. He turns to me and says
“Do you, do you wanna scream?
Do you, do you wanna face the strange?
Do you, do you believe?
Are you, are you afraid of change?“
